Maintain the proper PH and apply LIME if needed. We will test your soil PH for free
Apply a good organic fertilizer every 6 weeks
Aerate the lawn every year to reduce thatch and relieve soil compaction
Over seed the lawn regularly. Weeds will quickly grow in bare or thin areas.
We will use the best seed available for your site conditions. Seed varieties have greatly improved in recent years to require less fertilizer, less water and more disease resistant.
